2.7. The Supplier has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of VPS services to the User, if the interests of consumers may be harmed due to further actions. In this case, 5 working days and 2 non-working days are given, the customer is allowed to rewrite all the necessary information, and only then the service is removed.

2.8. The provider is not responsible for the files stored on the server. It is prohibited to keep and distribute uncensored films, clips, pornographic material, and other things that would offend a person or violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.9. The Supplier has the right to change the service norms and fees by informing the Consumers 30 calendar days in advance. The new rates are applied to the User from the last service, do not apply to already paid services.

2.10. The user can change their VPS service plan at any time. 2.11. The user must pay for the available services on time, if they are not charged within 48 hours after the end of the service, the service is canceled.

5.6. The supplier may terminate its activities 30 calendar days in advance, prior to e-mail. by informing all Users by e-mail. In this case, all Consumer Services are transferred to an organization or company that would ensure the provision of services.
